Our Social Media Strategy & Generating Organic Leads

Our goal was creating a luxurious and friendly brand image to attract potential custom home buyers, while increasing brand awareness. We faced two challenges, convincing someone to build custom vs buying an existing home and choosing Harasym over other local home builders. We focused heavily on posting appealing video tours, timelapses, and image carousels of our finished luxury model homes to get as many eyes as possible. This did a fantastic job of increasing followers and getting likes but this doesn’t necessarily result in new leads. To capture leads and stand out vs local competition we posted behind the scenes with the team, educational advice, reviews, and awards. This allows us to develop a personal connection, establish expertise, and build trust with our followers, so they are likely to reach out and book an appointment.
